The 2 in 1 kit for the Harley-Davidson® Fat Boy 114 is a complete exhaust system, made of  AISI 304 stainless steel , consisting of short cone silencer manifolds and end cap machined from solid black anodized aluminum.

Designed by the  Zard Style Centre, this complete kit is available in a racing version, Euro 4 and Euro 5 approved, in satin, matt black Cerakote® and mirror polished finishes.

The weight saving is incredible ( -5.1 kg for the racing version and -4.9 kg for the Euro 4/5 approved version compared to the standard silencers) with a real increase in engine performance ( +4 hp for the racing version and +2.1 hp for the approved version compared to the standard exhaust system).

SLIP-ON RACING (ZHD039S10SAR-P)

The Zard silencers for the Harley-Davidson® Breakout 117 exhaust have been designed to be organically combined with the various trims of the Cruiser line models.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, these silencers are characterized by their compactness and a wide choice of finishes that complement the well-defined character of your cruiser. They are available in the following versions:  satin stainless steel with black anodised aluminum end cap,  stainless steel with matt black Cerakote® finish and black anodized aluminum end cap,  stainless steel with a polished finish and black anodised aluminum end cap,  stainless steel with matt black Cerakote® finish and dark bronzed aluminum end cap.

The Zard silencers for the Harley-Davidson® Breakout 117 are available in the racing version or approved according to the Euro 4/5 regulation and are supplied with the appropriate dB-Killers.

The silencers have a low weight ( -4.2 kg for the racing version and -3.6 kg for the Euro 4/5 approved version compared to the standard silencers) and contribute to increasing performance ( +1.5 hp for the racing version and +1.1 hp for the approved version compared to the standard silencer), giving the bike the distinctive Zard sound.

HEAT SHIELD FULL KIT 2:1 - (ZHD011PC-P)

The line of AISI 304 stainless steel heat shields for the Harley-Davidson® models of the Breakout, Fat Bob, and Fat Boy series offers an aesthetic and functional solution for the range of Full Kit 2 in 1 exhaust systems designed by Zard.

This product plays an important role from an aerodynamic and efficiency point of view, protecting the motorcyclist from possible sunburn thanks to its shape and strategic position which helps to spread the heat optimally.

The heat shields for the Zard Full Kit are available in satin,  matt black Cerakote®, and mirror-polished finishes.

The heat shield kit is compatible with the following models of the  Softail / Cruiser range equipped with the Milwaukee-Eight engine from 2017 to  2024: Breakout, Fat Bob, and Fat Boy.
